Class Registration 2023-2024

Our 2023-2024 Season is divided into two sessions.

• Session 1: September 9, 2023 through January 23, 2024.
• Session 2: February 5, 2024 through mid/late-June 2024 (registration opens end of November 2023)

Note: For athlete development and to make the most of the program, we recommend planning to attend for the full season (both sessions).

No recreational classes on the following dates:

• Thanksgiving* (Monday, October 9, 2023). Gym Closed.
• Halloween (Tuesday, October 31, 2023). No afternoon classes.
• Winter Break (December 23-January 7). No classes. Camp available.
• Break between sessions (recreational) (January 25-February 4, 2024)
• Hosted Competition (January 27-28, 2024)
• Hosted Competition (February 3-4, 2024)
• Family Day* (February 19, 2024). Gym Closed.
• Hosted Competition (March 1-3, 2024)
• March Break (March 11-17, 2024). No classes. Camp available.
• Good Friday (March 29, 2024). Gym closed. Regular schedule for the weekend, including Easter Sunday and Easter Monday.
• Victoria Day* (May 20, 2024). Gym Closed.
• Canada Day (July 1, 2024). Gym Closed.
• Civic Holiday (August 5, 2024). Gym Closed.

* Classes run regularly on holiday weekends (open Saturday and Sunday, closed Monday).

Summer 2024 weekday classes run as a separate session (dates and times to be announced).

Registration to classes and camps is done through our online class registration system.

• Already have a family account? Log into the Family Portal to select your classes. If you cannot access your account, please contact us so that we can re-activate your account.
• No account yet? You will be prompted to create an account when you click on the “register” link next to the class you are interested in. You can also create an account and register for class at a later time.

Once you’ve created the family account, you can return at any time to the Family Portal to check your account, register to other programs, and update information your information. You would need to contact us to change or remove an existing registration.

Valid credit card information is required when creating an account or when registering to a class.

Payment is processed by the office staff after your registration comes in. Your card will not be charged automatically at checkout when you save your registration. To make changes to your registration before payment is processed – email the office immediately.

No refunds, credits, or makeup for missed classes (when your child does not attend a class/absent) for for classes cancelled due to exceptional circumstances.

Registration cancellation or withdrawal from a program: Credits only (no refund) with advance notice and after applicable fees.

When possible, we offer a trial class for the prorated program fee of one class before you commit for the remainder of session. This option is normally not available at the start of a session. Trial classes are normally confirmed 2-3 days before the class date. When offered a trial class you are offered a spot in the program, therefore, trial classes are not offered for full programs.

How does this work?

• To request a trial class, create an account and indicate in the comment that you are asking a trial class.
• Also indicate in the comment which program/day/time you wish to register for a trial in (for example, Kinderfun, Saturday 9:30am) — choose the day and time that you would join if it works out.
• When we confirm a trial class, we will register you for the program and process payment for the first class (prorated fee for one class). The full fee for the program (and the annual registration fee) will be posted to your account, however, only the payment for the first class will be processed.
• The payment for the first class trial is non-refundable.
• After the first class, you will have the option of keeping the spot in the program and paying the balance. We are normally able to offer a window of 48 hours to make a decision, before we open the spot for the next on the waitlist. If you do not join the program, the remaining balance would be removed and the spot released.

In this class, toddlers are joined with a caregiver (parent or another adult) to develop basic motor skills by trying new things on different gymnastics apparatus. It’s an opportunity for the child to develop socially and physically in a fun playful environment. Some events include Balance Beam, Trampoline, Bars, Vault and Floor.

Mini 3 (Winter 2024) – eight (8) week term:
February 10, 2024 through April 13, 2024
(no classes March 3 & 16)

Mini 4 (Spring 2024) – eight (8) week term:
April 20, 2024 through June 8, 2024
(registration opens March 31)

A program where your child can learn their basic gymnastics skills such as front roll, baby handstand, jumping with two feet and more. Various circuits are used in a fun and challenging way as well as time on Balance Beam, Trampoline, Bars, Vault and Floor.

The Jr. GymFun Beginner program is a great start for your child to learn the basics of balance, strength, coordination, flexibility, and confidence. The instruction is geared to each athlete’s ability and development level.

The Jr. GymFun Intermediate program is an opportunity for your child to learn the basics of balance, strength, coordination, flexibility, and confidence. In this 1.5 hour class, athletes get more time on each apparatus. The instruction is geared to each athlete’s ability and development level.

The Sr. GymFun program allows each gymnast to learn the basic fundamental skills on all of the apparatus. It is structured to fit different levels, from basic beginner to intermediate, level because each gymnast learns and progresses at their own pace.

Achieve. Overcome. Conquer. In this new program, athletes will be challenged by obstacle courses, exercises and contests that involve strength, speed, agility, coordination, flexibility and focus.
