Camp Days:

March 10-14, 2025 (Monday-Friday)

Ages: 5 and up

Lunch and snacks: Bring your own. Nut free. Full day: lunch and two healthy snacks. Half day: one healthy snack. Refillable water bottle (water only).

Extended Care Options (Must be pre-arranged)
Before Care: 8:15am – 9:00am ($12/day**)
After Care: 4:00pm – 5:30pm ($12/day**)

** Extended Care cost: HST included; Maximum extended care cost per week: $60/week. Please email us with your extended care request after registering.

Full-Day Camp:

Hours: 9:00am – 4:00pm

Full-Day Fee: $90/day

Registration

Register for camp through the Family Portal or by clicking the “register” link in the table below. You will need a valid credit card to register. Payments to be processed by our staff in early 2025.

How to Register

Registration to classes and camps is done through our online class registration system.

  • Already have a family account? Log into the Family Portal to select your classes. If you cannot access your account, please contact us so that we can re-activate your account.
  • Not account yet? You will be prompted to create an account when you click on the “register” link next to the camp/class you are interested in. You can also create an account and register for camp/class at a later time.

Once you’ve created the family account, you can return at any time to the Family Portal to check your account, register to other programs, and update information your information. You would need to contact us to change or remove an existing registration.

A valid credit card is be required when creating an account or when registering to a class. No payment is processed at checkout. Processing of payments will be done by the staff when registration is confirmed.

* Camper Annual fee 2024-2025

A camper annual registration fee (2024-2025), will be added for new athletes or returning athletes without a current annual membership. This non-refundable fee covers Gymnastics Ontario (GO) camper membership, club insurance and administrative fees.

New athletes or athletes returning for their first program since July 1, 2024, will be charged an Annual Camper Registration Fee ($30+HST).

Athletes with a current Annual Camper Registration Fee (those who have attended a previous camp week since July 1 2024), will be charged an upgrade ($30+HST) to the full recreational fee. Athletes with a current Annual Recreational Registration Fee (valid July 1, 2024-June 20, 2025) will not be charged any additional registration fee.

Payment & Cancellation Policies

Payments are processed by the office after registration (not at checkout). The credit card on file will be used for payment. To make other payment arrangements, or to make changes to the registration, please contact the office immediately via email, before payment is processed. Payment must be received before the child starts the program. Declined credit card fee: $10. NSF fee: $30. 

No refunds, credits, or makeup for missed camp days (when your child does not attend a camp/absent) or for classes cancelled due to exceptional circumstances.

Registration cancellation or withdrawal from a program: Credits only (no refund) with advance notice and after applicable fees.
