Our 2024-2025 Season is divided into two sessions.

• Session 1: September 7, 2024 through January 16, 2025.
• Session 2: February 2025 through June 2025 (registration opens end of November 2024)

Note: For athlete development and to make the most of the program, we recommend planning to attend for the full season (both sessions).

No recreational classes on the following dates:

• Thanksgiving* (Monday, October 14, 2024). Gym Closed.
• Halloween (Thursday, October 31, 2024). No afternoon classes.
• Winter Break (December 20-January 5). No classes. Camp available.
• Tuesday, January 14, 2025. No recreational classes.
• Hosted Competitions (dates TBC)
• Family Day* (February 17, 2025). Gym Closed.
• March Break (March 10-16, 2025). No classes. Camp available.
• Good Friday (April 18, 2025). Gym closed. Regular schedule for the weekend, including Easter Sunday and Easter Monday.
• Victoria Day* (May 19, 2025). Gym Closed.
• Canada Day (July 1, 2025). Gym Closed.
• Civic Holiday (August 4, 2025). Gym Closed.

* Classes run regularly on holiday weekends (open Saturday and Sunday, closed Monday).

Summer 2024 weekday classes run as a separate session.

Registration to classes and camps is done through our online class registration system.

• Already have a family account? Log into the Family Portal to select your classes. If you cannot access your account, please contact us so that we can re-activate your account.
• No account yet? You will be prompted to create an account when you click on the “register” link next to the class you are interested in. You can also create an account and register for class at a later time.

Once you’ve created the family account, you can return at any time to the Family Portal to check your account, register to other programs, and update information your information. You would need to contact us to change or remove an existing registration.

Valid credit card information is required when creating an account or when registering to a class.

Payment is processed by the office staff after your registration comes in. Your card will not be charged automatically at checkout when you save your registration. To make changes to your registration before payment is processed – email the office immediately.

In this 45-minute class, toddlers are joined with a caregiver (parent or another adult) to develop basic gross motor skills by trying new things on different gymnastics equipment. This program provides an opportunities for toddlers to develop socially and physically in a fun playful environment. Toddlers develop a sense of independence, getting ready to move up to the Kidnderfun class without a caregiver.

Mini 1 (Fall 2024) – eight (8) week term:

Mini 2 (Fall/Winter 2024) – eight (8) week term:
November 2, 2024 through January 12 2025

In this 55-minute class young gymnasts learn basic gymnastics skills such as front roll, baby handstand, jumping with two feet, and more.  Games and various circuits are used in a fun and challenging way.  Emphasis is placed independence while safely following instructions.

In this 55-minute class your gymnast learns the basics of balance, coordination, flexibility, and confidence. Fun games and circuits incorporate learning gymnastics skills on the trampoline, bars, balance beam and floor.

In this 85-minute class your gymnast develops their coordination, flexibility, strength and confidence, as they learn basic skills on vault, bars, balance beam and floor. Instruction is geared to each athlete’s ability and development level.

Achieve. Overcome. Conquer. In this new program, athletes will be challenged by obstacle courses, exercises and contests that involve strength, speed, agility, coordination, flexibility and focus.
